* Develop, communicate and deploy Quality Plan to bring the company`s QMS and Policies into compliance with Headquarter requirements * Promoting quality achievements and performance improvement throughout the Production Plant * Effectivelly interact with R&D and Production dpt. to maintain the product supply and help introduce the new products * Identify relevant Quality training needs and deliver trainings * Set-up and maintain the Inspections and documentation procedures and standards and establish clearly defined quality methods to be applied * Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and creating statistical reports, preparing clear explanatory documents * Organize and manage Quality team in close co-operation with other departments, as well as with the customers and suppliers

* Optimize new and current designs for improved reliability * Project Team member responsible for ensuring New product reliability * Define reliability goals and control their achievement * Audit performance per plant * Project Risk Analysis (DFMEA, PFMEA) during the process of new product Development * Develop statistical techniques such as Weibull analysis to predict product failure rates and quantify improvement activities * Serve as a consultant to broaden deployment of reliability tools for cranes facilities * Suggest optimization on new and current design for improved reliability * Develop test methods plans in collaboration with Engineering to simulate field environment * Improve product reliability through analysis of field samples, statistical analysis and design changes *Co-operation with Reliability managers from other regions (US, APAC, EMEA) with objectives to create best practicies in the industry

* Manufacturing process optimization by application of the Lean techniques * Create, implement and maintain Quality Management System (ISO 9001, specifications and customer requirements) * Responsible for solving the quality issues in the production and at the supplier * Responsible to create and enforce the Quality Policy and lead all the employees to reach the targets * Manage Quality team to reach the company objectives * Manage Engineering and Maintenance teams ( ERP setting, BOM, system workflow, TPM,...)

* Responsible for team of QC Department * Implement the procedures, Work Instructions, customer specifications * Responsible for successfull certification of the company in accordance with ISO9001 * Create and maintain the system of internal audits * Responsible for selection of the suppliers and sub-contractors in production process * Strategic and operational Purchasing activities * Enforce the principles of Continuous Improvement ( Kaizen attitude, FMEA, Brainstorming) * Responsible for quality of the suppliers (Q, C, D ) and evaluate their performance on the regular basis * Lead Quality Team including Laboratory staff * Create the training plans in Quality, train the employees for requirements of ISO standards * Responsible for solving of the customer claims in quality area

I studied on The Faculty of Metallurgy, Branch: Quality in the Industry I attended the University Competition "College professional activity" with my diploma work and I won 2nd place.
