•Lead and manage the supplier quality department, overseeing three team leaders, each responsible for their own team. •Coach and develop a high-performing supplier quality team. •Monitor and manage suppliers’ quality performance and report quality metrics to plant and company management. •Budget management.

•Supervise and coordinate activities of quality engineers (SQD), quality technicians (incoming inspection), and the external service company. •Monitor and manage suppliers’ quality performance and report quality metrics to plant and company management. •Conduct failure analyses, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions with suppliers of various commodities such as electronics, casting, and machining. •Perform regular on-site audits of suppliers. •Develop and implement strategic activities to improve supplier performance. •Manage PPAP and APQP. •Oversee incoming inspection management according to Magna global standards. •Budget management.

•Supervise and coordinate activities of quality technicians in production. •Resolve internal quality issues from various production areas using quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, Is/Is Not, and 5 Why. •Communicate internally with relevant departments and management to resolve issues. •Ensure process assurance from the quality side according to ISO/TS 16949, including verification of corrective actions, measurement of effectiveness, progress monitoring, and process assessment.

•Supervise and coordinate activities of quality engineers and quality technicians (test drivers). •Plan and prepare work schedules for analyses. •Act as the key contact person for customers such as Volvo, Chrysler, Ford, and Mitsubishi. •Address all quality issues reported from vehicle plants and warranty claims from global markets (Asia, North America, EU, etc.). •Resolve customer complaints and respond to inquiries regarding root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions. •Contribute to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) transmission evaluations in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 requirements.

•Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality issues. •Resolve quality complaints efficiently. •Investigate and monitor queries and complaints. •Prepare 8D reports and quality data reports.
