* Accomplishments: * ▪ Designs selected for The New Fall/Winter digital ad campaigns as part of a Bebe repositioning * effort as a fashion brand appealing to “irreverent, confident, women. * ▪ Designs generated more than 6M Twitter and Instagram impressions, increasing sales. * ▪ Successfully turned around sweater department from comp sales of -50% to 50%. * ▪ Assisted design team in effectively redesigning collection by improving style after conducting * extensive research. * ▪ Styled entire collection presentations by focusing on a cohesive look.

* Collaborated with Design Director to design and develop main sweater line for each month in the season. * Prepared technical packages for oversees. * Fitted proto samples through production to ensure fit and look met. * Sourced new yarns overseas and Europe.

Enhanced and influenced collection by working closely with design team and improved adoption rate. Helped in successfully launching “Elin Kling for Marciano” collection by working closely with Elin Kling. Oversaw entire line in all categories by reviewing and approving sketches for all designers. Ensured high-level of production and operational efficiency by supervising and initiating daily work load for designers, associate, design assistants, graphic designer, and pattern-makers, Traveled to US and Europe for inspiration, shopping and shows, including PV, Pitti Filati and Intermezzo NYC. Prepared mood, development, and sketch boards to focus design team direction and provide design cohesion, as well as overseeing product launch. Fitted first samples through pre-production. Ensured garment constructions followed by working closely with patternmakers. Accomplishments: ▪ Marciano brand recognized as a contemporary, “cool” brand rather than merely a better market brand. ▪ Helped drive sales with well-recognized and contemporary brands that suited buyer’s tastes.
