The Kroll Investigations, Diligence and Compliance team partners with clients to anticipate, detect and manage regulatory and reputational risks associated with global ethics and compliance obligations. • Lead risk assessments and regulatory research for Fortune 500 clients. • Produce time-sensitive open-source investigation reports on brand safety, compliance, and policy violations.

Supported the implementation of the Learn to Discern (L2D) project on strengthening information integrity. • Managed cross-functional collaboration with 3 government agencies (Ministries of Information Policy, Digital Transformation, and National Media Literacy Project), civil society, and industry partners. • Oversaw full-cycle podcast production, coordinating with industry and government partners; 5 episodes on information integrity gained over 35K listens and got into Top-5 podcasts on Apple Podcasts in Ukraine. • Presented qualitative research on adversarial threats to government officials, civil society, and foreign academia. • Coordinated a nationwide information campaign on cognitive resilience prior to and following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022 to communicate the importance of critical information consumption. • Engaged government and civil society stakeholders in the events on strengthening critical information consumption. • Drafted research summaries, policy briefs, and action memos to inform cross-functional collaboration and articulate project milestones to donor organizations. • Participated in program reporting, risk assessments, budget planning, monitoring, and evaluation. • Supervised program coordinators and program assistants.

Supported the design and implementation of the nationwide project on data-driven policymaking. • Coordinated the development of an online course on data-driven policymaking completed by 3,000+ Ukrainian policymakers. • Led the development of a website and 3 handbooks to improve policymaking practices and procedures in the executive government. • Assisted in creating a community of practice on evidence-based policymaking, bringing together 25+ policymakers from Ukraine's Cabinet Secretariat and ministries. • Managed data collection, analysis, and reporting on the feedback from 5,000+ citizens to develop, implement, and communicate policies on healthcare, education, and constitutional changes. • Managed 5 quantitative and qualitative research projects, working cross-functionally with NDI's research team, external vendors, government partners, and civil society stakeholders. • Drafted concept notes, policy briefs, success stories, and lessons learned documents. • Drafted weekly, quarterly, biannual reports, coordinated program monitoring and evaluation. • Drafted program budgets, contracts, terms of reference, maintained program databases. • Supervised a program assistant and program interns.

Provided programmatic, administrative, and logistical support to the NATO Liaison Office in Ukraine. • Conducted policy research and analysis on security and defense. • Organized a roundtable discussion on parliamentary oversight over intelligence services in Ukraine, bringing together 40+ security service officials, MPs, and foreign experts. • Developed presentations on the security and defense sector in Ukraine.
