With a deep foundation in Psychology and human behavior, the role centered on identifying top professional talent through behavioral assessment and strategic alignment. A proven track record in global market expansion involved building high-performing teams across the USA, LATAM, Africa, and Europe, driving business growth through intentional workforce planning and data-driven hiring strategies.
