As a Jr Office Manager I had many management responsibilities such as ADP Payroll, Invoice reconciliation, inventory, budget management, new hire paperwork, cash handling for the entire restaurant, Balancing money for the restaurant, budget and profit reports, and tip distribution for all tipped employees. I worked closely with upper management and corporate to ensure operations were handled HR appropriate and ensured we were in budget. I gained many skills in the time I worked here, skills such as a proficiency in microsoft Excel and microsoft office, time & attendance of hourly employees, employee management, and organization of office operations.

As front desk receptionist at Tiffany Beauty Spa, I conducted Spa client and visitor interaction, providing general information through call or correspondence and scheduled appointments.I also provided general office support including maintenance of shared resources like printer and shredder and procured office stationery. I managed staff and appointments for each of the staff such as nail techs or massage therapists as well as built and manage client relationships.

I played the day-to-day liaison and lead in the resource planning and budgeting, conducting event management process right from conception to delivery.I investigated consultant contracts and frivolous travel expenditures to achieve the annual budget reduction target for the owners. I scheduled staff and managed them throughout the event.I would maintain client relationships and relationships with vendors. I would develop and customized events for the clients and would manage that event from start to finish. I would maintain a budget and ensure our inventory was fully stocked.

While I was working as sales associate at Learning Express Toys, I assisted in conducting customer research for targeting and positioning and developed sales presentations for senior managers.I also implemented direct sales campaigns for garnering additional sales. I maintained customer relationships and would assist them in finding the perfect gift. As a Shift Manager, I would open and close for the store as well as count drawers and manage sales reports at the end of the day.
