Leads the execution and supports the development of Category-based sourcing processes for assessing and fulfilling current and future sourcing needs .Manages or supports sourcing activities across strategic and operational projects. Liaises with globally spread internal clients & identifies specific sourcing projects/initiatives for the year including expected savings, resource requirements and associated timescales for completion. Executes strategies to extract supply-side savings and manage demand-side consumption in order to lower the Bank’s Total Cost of Ownership for external spend as it relates to the specified category. Builds and maintains a robust understanding of the client’s business strategy, key drivers and current issues to inform the development of product/service implementation strategies that will meet client needs, and which reflect external market trends, competition considerations, macroeconomic factors and DB strategic direction. Collaborates with colleagues and influences activities to achieve positive outcomes in the interests of the wider DB business. Reports and highlights operational, regulatory and other risks to the Global Category Managers. Actively supports knowledge management. Continually scans the category and industry environment to gather insights, develops knowledge artefacts and shares with key stakeholders and colleagues. Working with SAP Ariba (or other Cloud based platforms for procurement).

- Answer customer inquiries and effectively communicate the process and procedures for clear understanding; - Order requests: • Salesforce • Process purchase orders for service contract via CRM/conexium • Invoice purchase orders via SAP (verify VAT, VAT registration number, SDI process for Italy); • Process a cancellations and/or credits and rebill requests in CRM and SAP; • Create and update serial numbers in SAP; • Extract serial numbers from SPA and other information that help me to process orders; • Follow non delivered orders in SAP; • Opens customer accounts by recording account information in SAP; - Weekly calls with the main distributor in Italy to provide the best solutions for each order (this way help each other to understand each process and also to have a better communication); - Mange requests from partner and distributor from EMA and META regarding products and price - Consistently monitor pending and open order requests to follow-up and resolve issues with inter-functional departments such as dispute, renewal, customer care and management teams; - Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution; - Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information; - Mange internal requests from others department;

-Offering best level customer support and assistance for Italian clients via phone or e-mail; -Assist Italian host and guest clients in a difficult situation, negotiate refund, assist them to rebooking process and refund -Review and interpret customer information in a variety of systems and apply that information to resolving the customer's inquiry -Balance customer service considerations with the exercise of efficiency with respect to time and call control
