* Consult with students and the campus community through the writing process and help people engage with written material. * Lead a group of 24 students (the Center's largest group to date) through meetings and orientations, guiding and advising their work process. * Reworked the Center’s mission statement and oversaw the rebranding of the Center to focus on more of the writing process. * Established small program adjustments and transitioned the program into a more user-friendly system.

* Conducted interviews, and composed and narrated radio segments for the college news radio show, the Campus Current. * Read stories--personally written and otherwise--on the radio show Story Hour.

* Researched, wrote, and edited stories about natural gas mining in Florida and collaborated on research projects. * Conducted interviews with citizens in West Virginia experiencing issues with the natural gas mining industry on their private property. * Conducted a truck count, analyzing the amount and type of traffic that occurred outside of Pittsburgh from the natural gas mining industry.

* Spent the summers of 2009-2011 interning and working on specific projects, and then freelanced and worked on a summer-long project during 2012, collecting information on local businesses and companies. * Wrote news stories, shorts, and news features including twelve front page pieces and other pieces generally about 400-1000 words. * Occasionally pitched story ideas and accompanied reporters and photographers on some of their assignments that took them out of their office, and also went out on assignments and projects by myself.

* Worked as a freelance writer, writing primarily 800-1,800 word feature pieces, as well as some shorter news stories. * Took photos that often accompanied my own pieces or the stories of other reporters.

* Worked in the Sports Information Office, called and covered various sports games, analyzed footage, and learned sports writing * Designed sports posters, pamphlets, and students brochures on Adobe InDesign and Photoshop

Designed and laid out the pagination for a complete issue of the Elkton Journal by myself upon request of the editor-in-chief.

* Worked as a instructor at an annual high school journalism camp, jCamp, held at Virginia Tech, working with older professional journalism instructors and teachers. * Lead and organized about 60 high school students in and out of the classroom. * Created lesson plans, activities, and guidelines to teach the basics of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Through the Princeton in Asia program, was placed with TLSDF for a 2-year position Write, edit, and translate project proposals and reports; provide significant contributions to the structure and policies of new program phases on issues dealing with education access, migrant workers, early childhood care and development, and child protection. Represented TLSDF at a UN Conference on Statelessness and Protection at Sea in Bangkok, Sept. 2015, and was the lead contributor in developing a Thai coalition to address child statelessness and planned a regional advocacy event for late November 2015
