Manages all IT activities for Philippines and Thailand, across multiple divisions and multiple domains. Manages all IT activities across and manage all integration activities to ensure a smooth transition into BTS. Provides IT solutions on behalf of the BTS organization and division IT, acting as the key primary country contact for all IT-related matters, ensuring delivery and support of all IT solutions used in the country. The core job responsibilities are as follows: •Acts as key point of contact for all IT matters at the country • Prepares all consolidation materials and completes all integration plan milestones per plan to support the Consolidation and Integration into BTS • Updates to site executive management for Business Advisory Committee (BAC) decision making • Delivers IT solutions, whether application and/or infrastructure in coordinate with BTS products and services • Updates and maintains portfolio of projects and applications • Executes requirements of business users in the delivery of pristine IT solutions • Acts as key communication point for all BTS and Division IT matters at the site • Establishes strong cooperation with other Abbott ITOs • Supports all internal customers • Supports business projects with IT involvement • Promotes a global perspective • Lead and manage Country IT Council, engaging all IT local organizations • Communicate and align Abbott Business Aligned IT Strategies, to local Portfolio & Demand management, Work Intake process, Support (KTLO), including all guidance and policies defined by IT Quality & Compliance, Cyber Security and Risk and Infrastructure. • Understands and contributes to the business unit strategy and translates business strategy in an aligned IT strategy and portfolio of programs, projects and applications • Manage Business Solutions and Services (BSS) Plan/Build/Run to determine the scope of local support and organizations • Prepares and manages the affiliate IT budget • Leads the IT Internal Audit

• Directs, manages, plans and administers the operational and administrative activities of an Infrastructure operations section within Philippines and Thailand. • Has team located at multiple sites/offices. • Direct responsibility includes day-to-day support of IT team members, support tasks and issues. • Maintains personnel budget responsibility and HR responsibilities for direct team members. System Administration - Responsible for level 2 operational supports of complex data network technologies, computing platforms, collaboration/messaging platforms. Oversees the execution of provided documentation. Core Job Responsibilities System Implementation - Ensures the execution of installation, testing procedures of enterprise-wide systems for complex data network technologies, computing platforms, collaboration/messaging platforms and / or business applications. System Analysis and Design - Ensures the documentation for the analysis and design of infrastructure (data network technologies, computing platforms, collaboration/messaging platforms, etc.) supporting enterprise, common, shared and divisional applications is completed. This includes hardware, operating systems and / or infrastructure software (system utilities, security tools, monitoring tools, tuning tools, etc.) for both new and existing systems. System Disaster Recovery - Provides resources to support the execution of Disaster Recovery Procedures. System Security - Responsible for the implementation of security for complex data network technologies, computing platforms, collaboration/messaging platforms and business applications based on provided procedures. - Global Infrastructure Services Division of Abbott - Reports directly to Regional Operations Manager in Malaysia - Philippines affiliate project site contact - Supervises two PC/Support Specialist - Asset management - Manages budget, expenses and capital - Maintain server and workstation performance and maintain the daily, weekly and bi-monthly backup jobs and perform data restoration upon user request. - Develop a working knowledge of latest products, services, and industry trends to select appropriate technologies applicable to affiliate needs. Work with various vendors for the assessment of software and hardware that would fit company requirements.

- Responsible for Abbott Philippines System/LAN/Network management - Install and maintain desktop applications such as Lotus Notes, Image Software, Financial databases such as VGSAM, Adaytum, Etc. - Develop and Implement an effective Disaster Recovery Plan for Abbott Philippines. - Manage and maintain Active Directory Server, Application Server and File / Print server. - Manages compliance commitment ensuring that all Abbott standards, policies and procedures are met - System/Security Administrator (AS400, SQL Server, Lotus Notes Application)

- Provides higher level of end user support for PC hardware, software and peripherals on a daily basis. - Perform network operations such as: 1. Network hardware installation. 2. Network Management. 3. Disaster recovery - Supporting Dell laptops/desktops and HP servers. - Supports 690 user

- Edupro, Inc – conducted MCSE, MCSA trainings and IT Project Management Course. - CTL – Cebu – conducted MCSE and MCSA courses. - Castrol, Phil – network consultant assigned for the BP Passport Project that includes training of 33 end users. - BP China – Project implementation of new windows system and training for 92 end users for BP’s new system (Windows XP and MS Exchange 2000 upgrade and MS Outlook for the client). Includes coordination and travel to BP Singapore and BP Indonesia office for project deliberation and planning. - BP Hong Kong – Project implementation of new windows system and training cascade for BP (British Petroleum)

Technical consultant to medium to large IT companies, involvement includes designing and implementation of key network solutions such as MS SQL Server 2000, MS SMS 2000 and MS Exchange Server 2000. Also facilitates and conducts MCSE/MCSA and MCDBA Training, including SQL Server Administration and MS Exchange Server 2000. Managing, maintaining, and implementing Technical Training Labs Planning, coordinating and conducting in-center or client-site training.

- Analysis of security trends and handling/managing tickets for security vulnerabilities received from clients - Work with 12 other security analyst as initial batch of security analyst for Philippines - Training for security vulnerabilities and trends analysis - Completed Microsoft Certified System Engineer course under Windows NT 4.0.
