• Performing Troubleshooting activities for all type of Mechanical issue. • Coordinating to schedule the work orders for mechanical maintenance activity with planning department. • Indulge in Preventive maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps (single stage & multi stage) involves Inspection and renewal of shaft, bearings, impeller and mechanical seal. Checking of axial float, radial play and shaft run out. Checking of impeller back clearance and front clearance. Setting of various types of mechanical seals. • Indulge in maintenance of submersible pump (single & multi state) involves renewal of bearing, lubrication oil, mechanical seal, impeller & ‘O’ Rings. • Indulge in Alignment of Pumps, Compressors, Gear box, Blowers, includes Laser method, Reverse indicator and Graphical Method, Rim & Face and Straight edge method. • Indulge in Preventive maintenance of Screw Compressor involves Checking and changing the bearings, Lube oil circuit’s accessories, belt, oil filter, Air filter and Safety relief valves. • Indulge in Preventive maintenance of Steam Turbines (multi stage) involves Checking and setting the Nozzle, Tip Clearances and Labyrinth Clearances. Overhauling, startup & over speed trip test, speed setting of turbines like governing speed and tripping speed.

• Carried out a detailed assessment of the commissioning work involved and assess the available resources and possible constraints in its execution. • Carried out modifications to existing equipment or assists with new installation as assigned, includes installation of all types of rotating equipment and required foundation work, alignment and gear box, coupling and speed control. • Reviewed and checked Technical submittals, shop drawings, equipment data, material samples and/or manufacturers for compliance with contract drawings. • Reviewed equipment design for compliance with engineering principles, company standard, contract standard, contact requirement and related specifications. • Through knowledge of Project Scope of work, Following Work schedule as per project planning. Manpower & Resource loading as per workloads and schedule to accomplish timely completion.

• Carried out inspection of plant equipment’s Vibration readings, Temperature readings, Abnormal sound, Leakage, External damage, etc., • Carried out inspection, counter check/acceptance of rotary equipment alignment, motor no load/load run performance at site, commissioning and acceptance of rotary equipment after any repairs. • Ability to read & interpret technical drawing, Piping & Instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), Isometric drawings & familiar.

• Maintenance of Diesel Engines, Diesel Generators routine & prevention maintenance. Handling piston, connecting rod, crank shaft, bearing, liner, camshaft, mechanic oil circulation pump, fuel injection pump, all type of governor, injector operation and control, water cooling system, generator panel board operation startup & troubleshooting etc., • Verified work notifications, plans execution, manages work orders and ensures compliance and records are updated in MS dynamics, filed & signed as appropriate. • Ensured all maintenance documentation are completed correctly, particularly the maintenance log, type of fault, work carried out and time. Submit daily, weekly and monthly work progress reports and specific technical reports. • Indulged in doing corrective maintenance for undefined breakdown of equipment’s.

• Reviewed of JSA (Job safety Analysis) before carrying out any PM activity. • Verification of Lockout & Tag out (LOTO) carried out during field work. • Checked the special work permit / General safe work permit as area owner / Approver. • Monitored all work activities to assure compliance with quality, standards and project specification, identifying and reporting any non-conformances. Pre commissioning activities performed like Lube oil flushing, Leak test and air blowing.
