I was working mostly as a blue-collar Recruiter Consultant, but also working with different administration positions. Dealing with clients and candidates. A common day included: screening, coordinating interviews with candidates, making the interviews, checking references and making and confirming the different rosters. * I was the executive account and first contact for 15 companies in Uruguay, for national and international organisations. * My main responsibilities were assisting in recruitment (Administrative, IT, construction and finance) and also resolving everyday problems in that companies, making programmes and selling different services in order to improve the quality of the differents companies, making analysis, trainings, working climate survey and making sure the employees comply with disciplinary power, as well as applying sanctions if needed.
