• Work closely with customers to understand what they need and find the best suppliers Vietnam, China, Malaysia, and India to make those products. • Build up and keep relationships with existing suppliers to make sure they provide company with good services like good prices, on time schedule, priority in quality check etc… • Visit exhibitions to update customers needs and market trends like MIFF in Malaysia, Vifa, Hawa in Vietnam. • Source and negotiate with all new suppliers on the prices, contract terms, delivery time, capacity, and new compliance rules from the beginning to ensure all contracts alighn with legal and compliance requirements. • Manage the whole process from the first price quote and product design to the final orders. • Coordinate with technician team for new product development and monitor factory schedules to make sure everything is made correctly and shipped on time. • Follow up and set final inspection schedules for QCs and customers before shipping. • Manage entire supply chain process for all open orders to avoid potential delays. • Solve any quality problems or customer complaints. • Escort customers on factory visits for product inspections and facility tours.

• Coordinate a team across Product Development, Quality Control, Shipping and Compliance Departments • Manage Strategic Sourcing and Supplier selection. • Proactively source new supply partners and manage the established vendor network within the SE Asian and Chinese markets. • Travel and attend exhibitions (Highpoint market, MIFF, VIFA, HAWA ...) to update customer needs and market trend, also find potential suppliers for future projects if any. • Update country manager on overall project progress and highlight critical issues for resolutions. • Escort customers on factory visits for product inspections and facility tours. • Support customers to do visa, pick up service, hotel booking when they arrive in Vietnam.

• Find new suppliers and keep relationships with existing suppliers who are suitable with company current products (wooden indoor products). • Evaluate vendors, send information to Country Manager/US team for suitable project developments. • Receive new designs from US team, select and send to suitable vendors for quote and build samples. • Review samples and make notes with US team, follow up with factory for needed changes. • Arrange photography and sample shipping. • Prices follow up with factories. • Work with factories on product changes for mass production.

New Product Development assistant: • Work with team leader about each project requirements. • Coordinate with technician team to update project progress with team leader. Purchasing staff: • Based on lead time and inventory to issue orders with suppliers • Follow with supplier to deliver parts on time. • Work with suppliers to move up, push out or cancelation per customer forecast schedule weekly. • Report to team leader on parts status
