Responsibilities: 1. Accelerate the employability process for Executive profiles (11M to 17M) and Master's profiles (8M to 10M) through strategies focused on Networking, personal branding, and Storytelling aimed at increasing visibility and optimizing search appearances online. 2. Advise candidates on updating and optimizing their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and providing support throughout their hiring process. 3. Implement a personalized training program focused on developing soft skills, guiding professionals in their search for new career challenges through training designed to tackle real selection processes. Achievements: 1. Exceeded monthly targets by 150% in Q3 and Q4. 2. Ensured employability training for 100 individuals across various sectors.

Responsibilities: 1. Advise and train candidates from different areas (technology, human resources, commercial, and UX|UI design) on employability, considering labor market trends. 2. Propose and implement strategies to accelerate the employability process, taking into account candidates' profiles and competencies. 3. Develop specific storytelling for Senior profiles (+8 years of experience), ensuring their success in selection processes. Achievements: 1. Consistently exceeded monthly targets in Q1, Q2, and Q3 by up to 200%. 2. Secured employability for 70 individuals from various sectors within an average timeframe of 45 to 70 days. 3. Received a rating of 4.6 as a Speaker in the Employability Workshop. 4. Earned a promotion to Master Consultant due to an average overachievement of 200%.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide career guidance to individuals currently job hunting, through personalized support in competency development. 2. Conduct profile assessments and career direction. 3. Suggest job opportunities (national and international) to the assigned profiles. Achievements: 1. Successfully helped around 30 individuals from the IT sector land their ideal jobs. 2. Maintained a satisfaction survey rating above 4.89 for six consecutive months. 3. Promoted to Senior Placement Mentor, marking a significant growth in my career path within the company, and recognized for my results.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct interviews and evaluations: Conduct interviews with candidates, assess their skills, competencies, and aptitudes, and determine their suitability for the open positions. 2. Coordinate the selection process: Manage and coordinate the candidate flow, schedule interviews, maintain accurate candidate records, and collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure an efficient selection process. 3. Administer psychometric tests: Administer and evaluate psychometric tests and skills assessments to candidates to obtain a more comprehensive evaluation of their abilities and aptitudes in relation to the position. 4. Provide feedback to candidates: Effectively communicate the results of evaluations and interviews to candidates, offering constructive feedback to assist in their professional development, even if they are not selected for the position. Achievements: 1. Successfully filled all 20 slots of the Sena quota for the second half of the year. 2. Conducted a study to identify the best HR tool, which was subsequently hired to optimize HR processes.
