- Had the privilege of joining as the 1st employee of the Company and gaining hands-on-experience across multiple departments, including operations, compliance, and business growth. - Currently part of Business and Media Department, focusing on business expansion, brand communication, and corporate visibility initiatives. - Had the opportunity to visit our Parent Company, @FinVolution, in Shanghai during its Anniversary in January 2025 and earlier in 2023 while studying at @Zhejiang University International Business School - experiences that deepened my understanding of fintech innovation and corporate culture.

My main responsibilities under this role are: - Preparing and hosting Internal Capacity Buidling Events such as STEAR Master Class, STEAR Talks, and STEAR Book Club - Collaborating with the External Affairs Portfolio to develop the overall strategy for STEAR Mentorship Program etc. About STEAR: It's world's 1st Student Think Tank for Europe-Asia Relations (STEAR) aiming to strengthen relations and deepen cultural ties between billions of people living acroos Europe and Asia. Being a part of International Student Council (ISC) in the campus, I (along-with 2 other core team members) am responsible for engaging all the international students from different departments through interaction activities, solving problems regarding their campus lives, providing assistance and guidance about issues involving cultural or language barriers, planning and organizing different events like FIFA Nights, International Students Representation in the Campus Carnival, Secret Gift Activity and many more to come this year! Communicating with teachers and partnering with other (Chinese mainly) clubs on campus for different activities like managing Chinese-English Lunch Table occasionally is also included in this role.
