- Ensure execution of marketing strategy and annual plan in the countries; - Manage agencies locally. Ensure partnerships to drive brand awareness and relevance ; - Monitor competitive landscape and pricing; - Run performance analysis for all product categories and plans for performance optimisation ; - Prepare financial assumptions and forecasts for marketing activities as well as post evaluations; - Execute PR/CSR and digital communication strategy ; - Ensure healthy development of loyalty program ; - Responsible for Local Store Marketing and new store openings tools and guidelines ; - Adapt and execute marketing campaigns and promotions by ensuring customer journey ( in store communication, visual merchandising, decirations etc.) ; - Ensure effective communication and cooperation with operations ; - Own annual brand marketing budget, ensure delivery within plan, reccoment budget split.

- Keep track and monitor performance of brand’s sales results and marketing activities and ensure that learnings are extracted; - Supervise campaign materials local production, accountable to agreed timings and quality standards; - Develop creative materials aligned with objectives and brand positioning within designated projects; - Ensure communication with operations. Prepare roll-out presentations ; - Supervise and effectively deals with the vendors to make sure that best quality and optimal pricing are constantly met ; - Prepare financial assumptions for calendar windows , track them and prepare post- evaluation ; - Co- operate on creating and executing dedicated marketing projects .
