• Mapping and engagement with KOLs and HCPs; • Provide relevant medical education to HCPs; • Provide medical and scientific support to internal team; • Response to clinical enquiries in a science based way; • Support on organization and deployment of all medical plan activities; • Scientific support to all clinical trials activities, namely SIVs and follow-up; • Attendance to external national and international scientific meetings; • Identification of opportunities for potential external research collaborations; • All activities following the compliance company policy.

• Intake, processing, and response to external medical information enquiries in compliance with regulations and company SOP’s/guidelines; • Provide scientifically accurate and balanced information to both Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and consumers in a prompt, accurate, and compliant manner (verbal, email and hand delivery by facilitator) in the areas of oncology, cardiology, nephrology and bone; • Introduce adverse reactions into medical information database; • Maintain close cooperation and partnership with other functions, such as Regulatory Affairs, Safety and Marketing; • Keep track of copyright; • IRPC (Intake Response and Product Complaint) local specialist.
