Responsible for ensuring the achievement of outcomes and objectives (sales, losses, costs, stocks) of the stores in my area of responsibility, ensuring product quality and customer service, compliance with parameters hygiene and safety, management and mobilization of human resources and maintenance and conservation of the stores. Responsible for preparing the annual budget (sales, bankruptcies, costs, stocks and staffing). Responsible for the layout of each store, guide, support and explain the managers in problem management operations (schedules, transfers and other issues labor). Identify training needs of each store, in the following areas: service, perishables, hygiene standards and safety of future managers and responsible for section.
