I joined Deltha Pharma in 2011, when the company was at the brink of bankruptcy, I managed to revive the situation by doing a debt restructuring, installments with the treasury, developing new products and changing the modus operandi. Within 10 years, Deltha Pharma has become one of the companies with the highest annual growth rate, included in the Growth Leaders and Growth Champions rankings of Il Sole 24 Ore and La Repubblica. In 2023 we were included among the 100 Italian Excellences with a delivery ceremony at Palazzo Montecitorio. I have been included in 6 international rankings, including "The 10 most influential healthcare leaders to watch in 2022" and I have been featured on the cover of 3 international magazines such as Fortunes Crown. My leadership in the company is based on trust, I try to put people's happiness at the center so that everyone works with passion and sharing goals because it is irrelevant to have a great vision without the right people to run with you.
