Providing full range of F&B services for all client groups at the inaugural Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix in Sochi (more than 50000 people: VIP guests, dignitaries, officials, regular spectators, staff, marshals, volunteers); creation, formation and implementation of food conception and technical requirements for the event; budgeting; purchasing and legal bidding procedures; creation of VIP product and services standard for more than 3000 VIP guests including Heads of State and high-rank officials; delivery of food conception (standards of service, prices, menu, logistics, branding, suppliers, food safety) to caterer; amending design, construction and equipment project of the venues; development of logistics routes for products delivery to the venues; closing documentation coordination

Planning and controlling of all the F&B operations on the competition and non-completion venues (Speed Skating, Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Athletes Village); controlling caterer’s work and performance; organizing and controlling of F&B services for the VIP (Olympic Family, Heads of State, officials and dignitaries) during the preparation and games period; communication with government authorities and agencies (CPS and others); conducting daily reports

Customer food service complaints management; waiters training in service, sanitation, and safety procedures; waiters’ evaluation to ensure quality standards and service; SOPs development; duties, responsibilities, and work stations assignment to employees in accordance with work requirements; compilation and balancing cash receipts at the end of shift
