Execution all documentation for Employee’s hiring. Implementation of measures for adaptation of new personnel (internal Safety training, internal order of the Company). Organization of orientation program for newcomers. Development and correction of procedures and policies of the Company: «Orientation program for newcomers», «Internal search», «English courses for Employees», development of job descriptions in English version for all positions of the Company. Participation in the certification of the technician staff. Conduct the Survey of Personnel Engagement and analysis macro- and micro-climate of the Company. Volunteer activities in the Company: - 2013 - 2014 member of Social Committee in the Company; - member of Nutrition Committee; - an author of HR-articles in the corporative magazine. - member of Lean 6 Sigma.
