I'm responsible for hiring in number of projects (e-commerce, fintech, medtech etc.). - hiring process; - analytics of European labour law, hiring platforms, candidates market etc; - creating of THE candidate's portrait to every project; - onboarding; - 1 to 1 meetings; - informal activities.

Interactive is a startup which creates VR technologies for education, entertainment and healthcare. My main responsibility was to create all HR processes from 0: - creating HR strategy; - building an HR team; - implementation of HR-cycle into bussiness processes; - hiring of top specialists (executive director, head of marketing, head of sales, tech leaders etc.) Achievments: - our team rised from 3 founders to 37 colleagues, who are involved in development and improvment of the company; - first impressive income after 6 months of work; - we were able to avoid micromenegment, because every employee is obsessed with his work, stands with the company and gets self improvment from the company.

Mamalook school is one of the most popular school in China. It has more than 60 offices around China. My responsibilities: - Full HR-cycle implementation; - Creating annual HR strategy; - Opening new offices in Hebei, Henan, Liaoning provinces (searching for space, hiring all spesialists from sales managers to teachers and developers, ordering equipment for every school); - HR brand development; - Analytics of HR processes.
