My job duties are: - Developing supply strategy and implementation of forward-looking decisions for the sourcing team to optimize procurement processes and meet company needs. - Participation in the company's planning, focusing on the supply of electronic components, other hardware parts, materials and CapEx. - Managing the search, selection, and contracting with suppliers, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints. - Building and leading an effective global sourcing team, maintaining coordination with other departments. - Continuously monitoring and analyzing team's performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements, preparing reports for senior management. - Ensuring compliance with supplier's agreements, delivery terms and with our RnD's requests for team's orders.

Job duties was: - Reviewing and analyzing the Bill of Materials (BOM) to identify opportunities for cost reduction, forecasting pricing trends and monitoring the market. - Implementing strategies to consolidate parts and standardize components across product lines to achieve economies of scale. - Working closely with engineering teams to validate and approve BOM changes for cost impact and feasibility, ensuring that cost reduction initiatives do not compromise product quality, reliability, or performance. - Collaborating with suppliers to explore cost-effective alternatives and negotiating favorable pricing for BOM components. - Monitoring component lifecycle and proactively managing end-of-life (EOL) and obsolescence issues.

Job duties was: - Searching, analyzing prices, and purchasing components/products according to the Technical Specifications, including electronic components, mechanical parts, electromechanics, and other elements. - Finding substitutes of electronic components to provide alternative options and optimize purchasing processes. - Searching for purchasing tools, equipment, and consumables for production and research and development teams in China, Europe, and the USA. - Finding and evaluating new suppliers of components and materials according to established tasks, deadlines, and budget, as well as interacting with existing suppliers. - Monitoring supply deadlines, prices, payment terms, product quality, and completeness, along with primary accounting documentation. - Drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers. - Monitoring and managing orders and payments to ensure timely and effective completion of procurement processes.

- Development of KPI system and monitoring its implementation; calculation of departmental salaries based on its metrics. - Coordination of department interaction with warehouses, logistics department, and store network. - Creation of analytical reports on company performance, designing new reporting forms in collaboration with 1C programmer. - Optimization of cooperation terms with foreign suppliers.

- Analysis of the electronic components and equipment market, monitoring price proposals. - Maintaining a database of existing and searching for new suppliers, accounting and financial control of transactions with them. - Analysis of turnover and profitability of the store network, inventory control in warehouses. - Establishment and control of product prices in stores.

Active work with customers at various levels: directly in the store, in the online store, processing wholesale orders, and sales management to legal entities through non-cash transaction
