Key Achievements: • Signed EPC contract with the general contractor and supervised the Procurement Department through the full cycle: tender documentation, supplier pre-qualification, and two-stage closed tender under intergovernmental agreement — resulted in successful award for the Aman Oil Pumping Station. • Led tenders and direct contracts for critical equipment: o CPTDC (CNPC, China): line pipes and fittings — on-time delivery, incoming inspection passed, transferred to site. o Max Cooper (China): shut-off valves — deliveries as per schedule, inspected and accepted. o Aktau Machine-Building Plant (ROMPUMPING, Germany): 4 centrifugal pumps — full delivery, tested and integrated into project. • Ensured all contracts were executed and closed successfully, enabling timely commissioning of the facility. • Approved procurement procedures and supervised all purchase orders, including logistics, site deliveries, and incoming inspections. • Held weekly meetings with key suppliers, resolving delays, logistics bottlenecks, and customs clearance issues — ensured strict compliance with delivery schedule. • During COVID-19 (March 2020), reallocated orders from shutdown factories in China and Russia to operating manufacturers, preventing project delays. • Leveraged logistics expertise to reroute shipments from Dostyk to Khorgos border station, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of critical equipment to the site. • Within the framework of the EPC contract, successfully verified, approved, and closed the delivery progress for equipment and materials that passed incoming inspection, with a total value exceeding USD 50 million. Key Achievements: • Approved with the Client the key project procedures, including progress measurement, invoicing, procurement, and construction, ensuring transparency, compliance, and alignment of all stakeholders throughout project execution. • Participated in weekly and monthly coordination meetings with the Client’s senior management, ensuring alignment on project progress and resolving critical issues.Developed procurement progress tracking systems, reducing bottlenecks and improving visibility. • Reviewed, approved, and signed progress milestones with the Client for engineering, procurement, construction, and administrative expenses, overseeing deliverables valued at over $100 million. Ensured compliance with schedules, contractual obligations, and quality standards, contributing to on-time and within-budget project execution. • Reviewed and approved over 1,000 incoming inspection certificates and material/equipment receipt reports on site. Construction of Compressor Stations 1, 3, 5, and 7 of the “Kazakhstan–China Gas Pipeline Capacity Expansion Project (Section I)” – Client: Asian Gas Pipeline LLP. Key Achievements: • Developed and obtained Client approval for key project procedures, including invoicing procedures, project management procedures, work progress measurement procedures, procurement procedures, incoming inspection procedures, and other operational protocols, ensuring transparency, compliance, and streamlined project execution. • Prepared and presented progress reports on invoicing for Compressor Stations 1, 3, 5, and 7 to the Client, covering a total value exceeding USD 2 billion, ensuring approval, compliance with contractual obligations, and alignment with project schedules. • Reviewed and approved incoming inspection certificates for all delivered equipment and materials on site, including signing material receipt reports. Additionally, presented and secured Client approval for supply progress, ensuring compliance with project standards and timely verification of deliveries. • Participated in weekly project meetings with the Client, ensuring alignment on project progress, addressing issues promptly, and facilitating decision-making. • Approved a revised contract breakdown and validated updated progress for engineering, procurement, construction, and administrative works, in accordance with the revised EPC project documentation, ensuring alignment with project schedules and contractual requirements. • Within the project, approved an updated progress breakdown based on the approved working documentation, covering engineering, procurement, construction, and administrative works with the Client.

Key Achievements: • As part of the Beineu–Bozoy–Shymkent (BBS) Gas Pipeline Project (1,454 km length, 1,067 mm pipe diameter), a contract was signed for the supply of line pipes and fittings with CPTDC (Chinese supplier and manufacturer), fully under my responsibility. I organized the logistics for the entire pipeline, ensured uninterrupted delivery of materials to four key construction stations, and implemented a system for tracking pipes and fittings. Weekly, company representatives at the stations provided supply reports, which I consolidated, verified, and presented every Friday to the company’s CEO to monitor the progress of pipe and shut-off valve deliveries. I was also responsible for directing technical supervision to the manufacturer for testing and quality control of the products before shipment. • All line pipes, fittings, and shut-off valves were delivered without customs clearance. A contract with customs representatives was established under my full responsibility, and I personally oversaw all customs procedures. Up to 45 cargo customs declarations per week, along with accompanying documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and railway waybills, were received, thoroughly reviewed, and consolidated. All verified declarations were then submitted to the accounting department for processing and payment by the customs representatives, ensuring accurate and timely customs management throughout the project. • EPC Contract Progress Management: Successfully managed and closed project progress under the EPC contract by overseeing all purchase orders, ensuring timely and full delivery of critical equipment and materials to construction sites, maintaining strict compliance with project schedules, and mitigating potential delays through proactive monitoring and coordination.
