Main activities and responsibilities: Coordinate an Import – Export activity (order, prepare and send by mail to the suppliers), invoices, preparing the price lists, coordinate the office activity, statistics, control the reports sent to several institutes (ex. Intrastate) collaborate with external suppliers, exchange marketing topics with the suppliers, negotiate yearly bonuses, check the statement of accounts, prepare the payments, check the contracts, solve the warranty matters, manage the meetings, participate at international fairs, make the statistic report, etc. Select, hire and train the personal for the import department and so on, other responsibilities in collaboration with the warehouse, financial department and high management.
