End-to-end management of core HR processes such as career planning, succession planning, leadership development, employee experience and engagement survey and improvement plans, and employee learning for 2,000 employees in Japan. Designed new training programs tailored for both functional and regional leadership in collaboration with business leaders (including facilitation of several training sessions in both Japanese and English). Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach since May 2019 (implemented a total of 70h of individual and team coaching in English and Japanese between 2019 and 2022)

Full ownership of internal communications for 1,800 employees in Japanese product development, validation and manufacturing facility after recent transfer of JV to Caterpillar.
