Head of EDP University with the amasing challenge of, together with a great team evolve EDP Learning Culture and the Employee Learning Experience. In a changing environment, Lead the implementation of EDP employee upskill strategy, through the development of an innovative and diverse offer of programs and content , promoting individual and organizational effectiveness, empowering employees and the all organization with transversal and business skills necessary to achieve EDP Group goals.

Responsible to manage and deploy EDP People Strategy, through a team of senior business partners, in Corporate Roles, EDP Innovation and Fundação EDP. Act as CRM with Global People Community, reinforcing the alignment with People Strategy and goals.

Develop and implement core policies and projects regarding career, engagement (climate surveys) and Benefits to EDP Group.

Support Corporate HR Director on the development and implementation of People Strategic plan. Until Dec 2013 I was part of corporate HR team developing corporate policies and projects.

Manage / take part in projects in different sectors, from Telecommunications to Banking, delivering solutions such as: Organizational Models, Job Descriptions and Job Evaluations, Rewards Policies, Performance Management, Assessments and Leadership Development Programs, HR Models and Policies
