Merchandiser / Products Manager Responsible for personal distribution of product area ( Home Decor, Portable Lamps, Mirrors, Clocks, Fountains, Small Furniture, Solar Decor Lights etc.), familiar with product performance, grasp the focus of product structure. Assisting the purchase Manager to develop the vendor group, working with QC Manager to audit, access and select the vendor according to the company’s requirements. Follow up orders with vendors, customers, tracking the production status, internal parties to arrange QC inspection in time, and notify shipping department to booking, ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. Follow up all PDs, tracking the sample status, checking the sample quality, arrange the photography,ensure delivery the sample to customers for approval timely, gather all sample information of all vendors,updated the final sample details info on company stystem. Provide solutions and supports to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process of escalate in timely manner to seek help. Work with products manager to deal with customer complains,feedback quality problem returns, work with QC manager and vendor to find out the appropriate improvements plan, report the company’s system. Work with the purchasing manager to implement purchase strategies. Support the high efficiency sourcing and decrease the costs and enhance the effectiveness of supply chain, cooperated with different arties to push the progress of project. Maintain strong business relationship with vendors, try best to help and assist the vendor to solve any problems encountered in the work. Keep abreast of market trend by visiting both existing and new suppliers, identify business opportunities by finding new vendors or products ideas to US purchase manager. Work closely with other departments such as Engineer, Quality Control and shipping for updating the product quality standard and shipment status.
