Responsible for the creation of the health education site audit process for contracted Plan Partners. Conducted site audits and managed corrective action plans for compliance. Supervised Health Education staff and provided direction and support for the development of Health Education programs and services.

Developed and coordinated all health education programs for our contracted medical groups and IPAs designed for both the commercial population and CalOptima networks. Programs were made available in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. Responsible for the oversight and management of the comprehensive Perinatal Service Program (CPSP/PSS) program. Responsible for the oversight and management of the Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) program. Developed connections and worked collaboratively with all vendors and hospital partners to ensure health education services were implemented and managed with quality patient care as a priority.

Responsible for the strategic planning, direction, operations management, clinic operations, for health education, disease management, medical weight management, and employee wellness. Recruited, trained and managed a multidisciplinary team of health care providers including Project Managers, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Health Educators and other administrative staff. Ongoing collaboration with Medical Directors and Physicians for patient care and special projects. Led, developed, and project managed multiple programs.
