My recent opportunity to join the Emmanuel Law Firm, and switch back to the plaintiff side, has been long overdue. My legal journey started in the plaintiff world, and then branched out to defense civil litigation in a myriad of learning opportunities, which recently culminated in over 3 years with a stellar group who handled, interpreted and effectively resolved UM/UIM and bad faith issues. As an attorney and former professor, public speaking is a skill which I continue to perfect. Engaging a judge, jury or classroom is essential to achieving outstanding results. In addition to obtaining my LL.M. in Trial Advocacy, my research, persuasive and business writing skills are excellent. Real estate and transaction work have also been incorporated into my litigation practice over the years. I tackle novel issues that focus on interpretation of contracts, statutes and regulations at both the state and federal level to achieve the maximum outcome on each case. My ability to earn trust and confidence from clients, peers and students is exceptional.
