* collect payments in accordance with payment terms * provide training and coaching for new joiners and existing team members * analyse customer payment habits in order to detect possible payment difficulties * prepare and analyse weekly & monthly reports * prepare of forecast on weekly basis * maintain and update customer data in the database * detect abnormalities based on customer’s payment behaviour * prepare, co-ordinate and execute the dunning process * detect possible issues and address them to relevant departments * escalate dispute information to a high standard in accordance with escalation policy

* manage the in-house database * create new templates and help cards for usage throughout the company * create weekly & monthly reports for various departments with help of SQL and Pivot tables * optimize the internal company processes * resolve issues related to the database * implement new invoicing process * prepare & execute regular updates to the database * provide regular trainings for managers and staff members

* check correctness of incoming invoices * ensure payments are processed in accordance with agreed payment terms * mange the implementation of the EFT system on the in-house database * solve account queries including monthly accounts reconciliations * maintain good relationship with suppliers
