Senior Management Consultant / Project Manager, managing several projects, within a Project Management Office (PMO) of an organization that's changing a whole region.

Here, part of the project management side of the business, I have worked intensively on redefining much of the previous processes, and systems changes that were required to better serve business strategic objectives. I have managed the team of sales consultants and supporting staff within the corporation, taking them through various learning techniques and training methods, including action learning techniques, sales process training, and general social dynamics and communication training workshops. I was also responsible for setting and managing KPIs and reward systems for the team as a whole, and also for each individual, ensuring optimum results and team motivation.

Carrying on from previous work at GippsAero (previously, Gippsland Aeronautics), I carried on doing a heap on interesting work on aircraft parts as an Aerospace Design & Structures engineer. I had also played part in managing certain projects and sub-projects, and aligning with the manufacturing department to ensure accurate implementation of Aero-designs.

Aerospace Design & Structures Engineer. Heavy use of Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor, and an ever more intense use of brainpower and technical abilities, working on many different parts of the airplane and indulging in the various aspects of Aerospace Engineering, including Aerodynamics, Design, Structures, as well as working on MRBs.
