- Complete 3-5 calls per day service & maintenance - Diagnose failing systems and provide report of repair options and cost to homeowner - Create personal schedule with pre existing customers and new inbound calls - Keep track of all 100+ personal maintenance members completing visits at appropriate times efficiently and effectively to the changing climate. - Order and track parts and equipment while assisting in scheduling install with pre inspection and final walk through. - Ensure customer satisfaction, while Maintaining a 5 star rating. - Assist other Technicians in the field with challenging customers or diagnostics. - Orginize weekly meetings to go over improvements and help techs with overcoming personal challenges.
