Organize and coordinates Health and Safety, Fire Prevention and Environmental Protection areas: – Cover all areas of HSE internal audit; – Organize, optimize and coordinates the risk assessments and specific instructions of Health and Safety, Fire Prevention and Environment; – Keep up a tight communication and connection between the company and the authorities; – Assisting in coordination of external audits within the company (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FM Global); – Assisting in Security coordination; – Work in close collaboration with Facilities team; – Overwatching the machines and processes for ensuring law compliance, international standards and company regarding health and safety, fire prevention and environment; – Establish training plans and training materials; – Regular training of all personnel regarding HSE; – Establishing and keeping up to date the HSE documentation; – Keep up a tight connection with external subcontractors; – Collaborate with all departments of the company and with the external subcontractors regarding legal requirements and company policies. – Coordinate and monitor activities with occupational health services; – Assisting in coordination of maintenance activities and optimizing the company’s utilities and facilities; – Implementing the private service for emergency situations.

– General introductive trainings (HSE); – Periodic trainings (HSE); – Keeping records of HSE files; – Establish and implement HSE documentation (Files: decisions, risk assessments, prevention plans, safety work instructions, etc.); – Keep up to date HSE documents; – Keep records of PPE, medical files and fire extinguishers; – Display of protection signs (mandatory, warning, forbidden); – Conducting risk assessments; – Creating emergency evacuation plans; – Monitoring and updating prevention plans; – Monitoring jobs with special authorization (ISCIR, welder, electrician, boom lift, etc.); Submission of documents to ITM, ISU; site safety coordinator.
