In my role as Team Lead Developer and Co-founder at Goteam, I have led the development of innovative digital projects from concept to implementation and launch. My primary responsibility has been to guide a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and strategists to create customized digital solutions that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations. I have worked closely with our clients to understand their needs and business objectives, translating those ideas into clear technical specifications for the team. I have been instrumental in the architecture and development of high-performance websites and applications, leveraging modern technologies and adopting best practices in agile development. My focus has been on quality and efficiency, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. I have also implemented optimized development processes, which have enabled our team to increase productivity and improve internal collaboration. In addition to my technical responsibilities, I have been actively involved in business strategy and key decision-making for Goteam’s growth. I have worked on expanding our client portfolio, establishing long-term relationships with companies across various industries, and guiding the agency toward new business opportunities. My leadership and commitment to innovation have been crucial in positioning Goteam Agency as a trusted and cutting-edge digital agency in the market.

I worked as a Frontend Developer at MercadoLibre, being part of the MercadoPago business unit. I was responsible for the development and maintenance of intuitive, efficient, and scalable web interfaces. I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to create seamless user experiences, ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. I implemented best practices in frontend development using React.js and Next.js, contributing to the growth and innovation of the largest payment platform in Latin America.
