Responsible for Product Discovery and Product Delivery, working with analysis of functional requirements, effort estimates, project schedules, survey of business rules, project monitoring meetings, development of technical documents (Flowcharts, Wireframe, Scope) and the process of understanding customer needs and then using that knowledge to create and validate a product before releasing it to the market. I was responsible for maintaining and/or creating several mobile applications for clients from different industry segments. Among the main Apps are (Goods Storage, Stock Inventory, CRM, BI and apps aimed at E-COMMERCE). I was responsible for improving the Institutional Website, Hotsite, and for continuous monitoring of the OMS (order management system), and for ensuring the smooth functioning of the processing of all orders and all sending and receiving of responses from the Stock Exchange (B3). I led a local team in partnership with a projects team in Eagan (Minnesota USA) with the mission to carry out a large Disinvestment operation. Coordinate and validate the implementation of financial systems (CASH FLOW, Map Application (Variable and Fixed Income), Vendor, Balance, Plan of Purchases, Sales Plan, Production plan) using Visual Basic, MS Excel and DDE/OLE in platform MS Windows 3.11 Workgroup. Participate in meetings with the financial board to deploy the Tecnology Master Plan of the company.
