● Responsible for people management (± 400 employees), as well as training and development of high-performance team, performing the monitoring and direction of activities in order to contribute to an objective work and aligned with the business strategy; ● Strategic management of resources, guiding and training the team, with emphasis on safety, environment, quality, costs and productivity, aligning discipline, motivation and relentless search for continuous improvement; ● Management, planning and controlling of production in the short, medium and long term, performing the analysis and mapping of processes, failure analysis and elaboration of corrective actions, counting on the use of the 7 tools of Quality Ishikawa Diagram, Capability Study, Pareto Diagram, Control Chart, among others, as facilitators; ● Conducting audits in order to ensure compliance in the processes and excellence in all operations performed; ● Responsible for delivering quality parts on time, exceeding customer expectations and meeting their needs efficiently; ● Preparation of management reports, monitoring of performance indicators and providing subsidies to support strategic decision making. ● Acting in the division of responsibilities of Quality Engineering and Inspection, aiming at the tasks’ prioritization and division of processes, in order to ensure productivity and employee’s professional development; ● Responsible for ensuring the inspection and release of finished products, performing the analysis and mapping of processes, failure analysis, quality control, use of quality tools and elaboration of corrective actions, in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of operational flows, structuring policies and procedures whenever necessary; ● Responsible for the development of suppliers, in order to ensure the delivery of superior quality parts, free of defects and in compliance with the high-quality standards established by Toyota; ● Preparation of reports and monitoring of indicators of the area, in order to analyze possible strategies and their decision making.
