Currently as Executive Dretor at Hyundai Motors do Brasil, leading the manufacture in the production of high quality products. Before joining Hyundai, I worked at Autolatina, in the design and installation of the Volkswagen Audi plant in Paraná, passing through the areas of Quality, Production and Development of Suppliers. In 2007 I was invited to be part of Fiat's cultural transformation project at the Cassino plant in Italy, where I spent 4 years working on World Class Manufacturing projects.
