Working together with manufacturing engineers to set up the Servo Presses Windows (Kistler Technology). 4. Leading improvements in the line for a better ramping up of the projects. 5. Improvements of toolings together with manufacturing engineers. 6. Implementing SMED methodology helping to reduce the change over time. 7. Set up and improvements of Camera Settings in different stations with Manufacturing Engineers. 8. Mechanical Adjustments of cylinders, sensors, lvdts, among others. 9. Corrective and preventive maintenance to the line’s equipment designed for the construction of D.C. motors. 10. Keeping record of such maintenance and required adjustments.

1. Five months in Germany on training and supporting in the release of new production lines for Brose Serbia (Brose Würzburg, Brose Berlin, Marsilli Italy, Nittoku Austria and BBS China). 2. Support in the Installation and Ramp up of the new production lines in the factory. 3. Train Industrial Engineers, Quality and Maintenance in the use of new technologies, problem solving methodology and production processes. 4. Support in corrective maintenance, adjustments and improvements in the lines together with the suppliers.

Corrective and preventive maintenance to the plant equipment, CNC and broaching machines, besides of keeping control and record of reparation time and required adjustment.
