I’m a senior manager experienced in manufacturing, production and plant management with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and proven work experience in different areas: starting from precision mechanics to luxury and leather goods. Over the years I had the opportunity to work in companies with different production strategies (outsourcing and internal production) and I held very different roles with increasing responsibilities. My experience and passion for Lean methodologies, the ability to manage people, my proactivity and pragmatic approach make me focused on results and quick in achieving them.
