Marco Garofalo

I am an Investment Banking Associate at Carofin, supporting private placements, capital raises, and M&A advisory engagements across multiple sectors. My background spans private equity and corporate finance, with experience evaluating businesses, building financial models, and assisting in complex transactions. Before joining Carofin, I worked as a Private Equity Analyst at Intuitive Selection, focusing on lower-middle-market control acquisitions, and I also gained additional exposure to capital markets and financial operations through a brief role at Computershare. Academically, I completed a Master of Science in Finance at the University of Maryland at age 19. Outside of finance, I competed on the Belmont Abbey College men’s tennis team, speak five languages and am learning a sixth, have lived in four different counties, and enjoy traveling and experiencing other cultures.
