Development of reports for the ERP system that was largely used by manufacturing companies. The system was built in Visual Basic and I was responsible for the migration of it to the ASP.NET language. The ERP was the main product and customers requested specific customizations or improvements suggestions that could be incorporated into the product. I started as an intern and was quickly hired as an IT assistant. I performed tasks such as computer maintenance, cataloged all company devices, formatted and configured all computers. I was introduced to Visual Basic and MSSQL, fixed minor bugs in the company system and extracted reports directly from the database. In order to optimize the internal tickets, I helped the implementation and customization of an open-source helpdesk called GLPI Project, which build in PHP and executed using Apache Tomcat in a Linux a server. I developed small system improvements as needed and was responsible for the database management, backups, backups automation, replicas and monitoring.
