Use of design/manufacturing tools and standards as APQP, DFMEA, A3, 8D, ISO 26262. Knowledge of CAN, LIN, automotive networks.

Proficient with development tools as DFMEA, A3, 8D and Six Sigma. Cost reduction projects. Project leader of washing machines for global markets (Mexico, NAR, Europe and Asia). Develop new global tools to design washing cycles and train the engineers to be proficient in the tool in Mexico and US. Coordinating the team with cross-functional teams as procurement, factory, approval laboratories, and suppliers.
