Project Management responsibilities include: - Leading customer communication throughout the solar project lifecycle, providing clear updates and managing expectations. - Coordinating permitting, inspections, and approvals with utilities and local authorities to achieve permission to energize (PTO). - Collaborating with key stakeholders, including customers, plan reviewers, inspectors, and field technicians, to ensure timely project delivery.

- Study new technologies in the market to provide smart solutions for customer requirements, ensuring detailed drawings are saved as design templates. - Design solar and energy storage systems for residential and commercial customers based on their electrical and solar production needs, in compliance with NEC and utility construction standards. - Review design packets with customers, ensuring they receive accurate information about their systems. - Upon customer approval, complete application forms and submit them with the design packets to utilities, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), and Homeowners Associations (HOAs), if applicable, to secure construction permits. - Maintain updated records of the permitting process and the contact information of entities such as AHJs, utilities, and HOAs. - Coordinate the bill of materials and procurement schedule with construction crews once all required permits are approved. - Support the sales team by providing information for new customer proposals, including solar simulations using software, predesigns, and initial estimations.

-Designing solar and energy storage systems for residential and comercial customers, according to their electrical and solar production requirements and the NEC and Utilities' construction standards. -Once the design is ready, the engineering team is in charge of filling the applications forms and sending the design packets to the Utilities, Authorities Having Jurisdictions (AHJs) and Home Owners Associations (HOAs if applicable) for revision and approval. -Bill of materials is ellaborated based on the electrical design, procurement is done and roof and electrical crews can schedule the construction stage.

In charge of providing every element needed for the Solar and ESS (energy storage system) projects to be successfull, on budget, on time and according to the customer needs. Dealing with customers, vendors and the cities´ entities in charge of providing building permits. Supporting our design team with any electrical aspect. Supporting our construction team with equipment commisioning.
