Responsibilities included: - Define processes and services to meet expected customer requirements. - Perform market and competition analysis. - Contact and poll Professional Associations to promote the service and get opinion feedback. - Forecast anticipated demand. - Prepare cost estimates and forecast cash flows. - Develop a Project Plan and Schedule, calculating time requirements. - Define performance objectives and milestones. - Ensure that the technical platform complies with specifications and supports the business processes.
