Manufacturing has always been hands-on for me. I got my start at Pasco Systems Corp at 16, working in fabrication and assembly, supporting parts, and eventually moving into automation design. That journey from the shop to sales has given me a practical perspective on how automation works in the real world. I've built the machines I now help design and been part of the teams that troubleshoot them. Today, when I design automation systems, I focus on the things that make a difference in actual production environments. Serviceability, ease of use for operators, and consistent performance even when conditions aren’t ideal.
