As PM I am Responsible of a dedicated customer-portfolio to processing customers request for quotation, orders for spare parts, coordinate repairs process - warranty and complaints, solving customer’s contractual issues, disputes and handling contractual agreements change in coordination with the customers, suppliers and other internal departments. Main duties, implementation of customer support projects. Creation of recommended spare part list. Realization of a technical airworthiness documents such as SIL, NTO, SB and CMM deal with EASA aviation law (e.g. Part 145 and 21g) in close coordination with Customers,Suppliers and internal Stakeholders. Preparation of reports and statistics as well as the evaluation of specific key figures. Processing - warranty and complaints. Optimization of existing processes for the area of customer support.

Customer Account Manager: Sells company products and service by direct contact to the customers. Prepare quotations by responding to customers request for price and delivery quotes and responds to customer questions, problems and complaints. Process Standard Orders for new - or repaired items as well - analyzing and managing the interface areas involved to the related spare parts cycle. Managing the repair cycle and cost-effective analysis to make customer-recommendations. Enhancing the product workflow by analyzing and developing the complete logistics process. Issue Invoices and payment remainder report to the customer trough SAP Sales & Distribution ERP system. Reviewing the logistic performance with customers based on targets, benchmarks and service agreements as well as setting performance standards and monitoring the key performance Index as OnTime Delivery rate (OTD) or Turnaround time (TAT). Compiling, reviewing and analyzing data related to the logistics processes and generating reports in order to improve the performance. Creating and reviewing procedures for customer support inventory management in order to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs. Coordinating, scheduling and supporting the team's participation in logistics meetings. Acting as a subject matter expert for acquisition logistics matters and assisting with the development or revision of logistics policy and best practices procedures, which help implementing specific customer initiatives. Providing clear status updates to customers and the company's top management.

Independent Project Coordinator providing advice and support to senior Program Managers and Directors to support decision making of technical requirements for manufacturability and product development through the monitoring all the modification and the optimization of the components and process documentation - with the aim to improve the internal process in concurrence with customer requirements and the outsourcing suppliers by overseeing project planning process, supporting bid and tendering processes, gathering and compiling data controlling the Suppliers targets as contractually agreed monitoring the assigned sub-projects so they are delivered to agreed time, budget and quality, regularly reviewing and reporting on progress against plan. Generate project progress reports monitoring risks and review contingencies. Preparing status meetings provided weekly variance reports to ensure timely completion of the project, provide on-going support for cost estimating. Knowledge in processing of composite materials (Pre-preg-Technology, sandwich constructions, vacuum infusion, etc.), in production environment as for Bolting, Riveting, Bonding, etc.).

Bidding – Proposal Manager: main duties - develop maintenance facility plan within budget and investment. Prepare contractual documents to finalize service purchase orders with external suppliers. Establishing and overseeing project execution and control process implementing and overseeing cost tracking. Manage the furniture analysis and reports. Implementing communication plan with costumers.

Strategic Buyer: main duties - manage the furniture analysis through the market trend, finalize the purchase order through the suppliers’ negotiations, guarantee the flow of materials and coordinate the Supply Chain process (Operation and Logistic). SAP system.

Project Analyst Specialist: Joint Strike Fighter JSF F35 aircraft program with Lockheed Martin Co. Engineering department. Main duties: establishing and overseeing the project execution and control process; implementing and organize cost control through the Earned Value Management System Analysis. Security Clearance required.

Project Manager Assistant: B787 Program by Boeing Aircraft Company in partnership with Vought Aircraft Company (Texas), also with Mitsubishi, Subaru and Kawasaki Company. Engineering department, duties: working with all project management aspects for implementing Life Cycle Management system to evaluate technical and Key performance Index.

Mains duties: develop budget and investment plans, prepare contractual document, monitoring progress. Involved, in the above activities, for the following aeronautical programs: - ATR Maritime Patrol for Italian Treasury Guard. - ATR Multipurpose for the Italian Coast Guard. - C27J Italian Air Force. Internal training as Engineering Technician Trained as Aeronautical Designer, with CATIA V 4 software (Drafting and 3D Modeling)
