Manage key supplier relationships for the IT and Marketing & Sales business units across cost, service, quality and innovation. Lead and manage end to end service Tenders and sourcing activities. Manage contract, SOW, SLA and pricing negotiation with suppliers, in line with global vendor management/strategic sourcing processes. Negotiate GT&C and local supplements

• To formulate and execute strategies to ensure continuity of part supply to FCSD customers post manufacturing closure. • Lead approval & implementation of Re-sourcing actions, ATB’s & Stockpile requests

Manage the supply base by optimizing the supply base and defining the best supply chain. Category and vendor relationship management – Direct materials, OEMs, Machine Components, optics and light sources and contract manufacturing vendors. Work across R&D Engineering, Marketing and Commodity teams to ensure that the suppliers have the capabilities needed to support Production and NPI requirements.

Analyse Re-sourcing opportunities and develop sourcing strategy for IVCR sourcing projects in coordination with Product and Engineer managers (savings opportunities, suppliers capabilities, product complexity, Supply requirements, market conditions, etc.). Work with R&D, Engineering, Marketing and Commodity teams to ensure that the identified sources have the capabilities needed to support Product managers and Marketing.
