 Assist the Project Manager in all planning activities  Track the progress by having regular meetings (face-to-face or call contacts). Chasing deliverables and removing tactical roadblocks.  Prepare follow-ups lists and minutes of meeting after team meetings.  Ensure that documentation is stored on the right location as per agreed document structure on SharePoint.  Support and execute tasks for the Supply Chain lead upon demand.  Develop new management tools (Excel) to control the stock ageing, the customer satisfaction and the products segmentation.  Support all the organization of the Training activities, along with the Training Manager.  Prepare Steerco Deck with Project Manager.

 Recording and reconciling all monies received during the month.  Processing financial information in accordance with company procedures.  Customer service (Developing strong relationships withcustomers byinvestigating and resolvingtheir queries in a time-sensitive manner).  Training new team members and creating modules to facilitate their integration into the team.  Presenting reports to audiences, including managers and supervisors.  Processing daily, weekly and monthly reports and updating logs.  Being cross-trained on different markets (United-Kingdom, France and Benelux) as well as on different positions (Finance administrator and audit administrator) to help other teams to achieve their goals.
