Coordinating multiple work teams with the Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Component Development, Testing, Implementation and Result Tracking of IT Solutions based on Other Business Areas needs or growth opportunities. Most of the currently working projects involve next-gen technology such as IA, Machine Learning Algorithms, Visual Algorithms, Data-Driven Analytics, IoT, and Drones. Lately been simultaneously coordinating over 15 in-house and third-party teams working on AI and 4.0 Technology projects. Most projects involve Visual Tracking /Classification Analytics, Deep Learning Trained Algorithms, Anomaly Detection Models, Fraud Prevention / Behavior Analysis Models, Automated Decision Making Algorithms Based on Historical Data (Machine Learning) , Model Training Assistants for Mid-Level Knowledge Users, Visual Processing for Decision Making and Alerting in Harsh Conditions. Also, been collaborating with University’s Engineering Divisions such as ITESM and UDEM, teaming up with students and professors giving them Innovation Challenges along with companionship and mentoring in order to make Proof of Concepts of fast-changing state of the art technology projects which they provide us a solid core and investigation to carry on and grow them into in-house initiatives.

Technical bridge and communication between the company stakeholders, broker executives and the IT / Software Development team within the company, and also work very closely with the design and marketing team to reach the target costumers we are looking for. Activities in this role were the following: -Manage the overall project including rollout timeline and weekly deliverables. -Build relationships across the organization in order to facilitate the product release. -Provide clear requirements and use cases to the development teams for future enhancements. -Lead user-thinking design with digital designers and technical counterparts. -Regularly engage with product stakeholders, managing expectations, and prioritization of new and current requests. -Track Performance by supporting the development of appropriate and measurable metrics. -Work with Agile teams on backlog reviews, daily standups, refinement meetings, and sprint closures. -Analyze product performance for existing and new features along with the analytics team. -JIRA/ Trello implementation and support.

Development of Forex and Financial Management Apps for iOS platforms using Swift with XCode and also with React Native framework developed by Facebook.
