* As Powertrain Chief Designer: * design of a new epicycloidal geartrain for the vehicle (gear calculation, bearing choice, FEM optimization of the components, preparation of 3D models and technical drafts for production) * As Team Captain: * managing the general aspects of the vehicle’s project * organizing the activities and the tasks of the Team divisions * managing part of the purchasing orders of the Team * deadlines management * mechanical components BOM management * sponsors and suppliers relationship * Other: * design and optimization of various mechanical parts of the vehicle (e.g.: brake pedal, steering assembly components) * High Voltage system wiring harness * Low Voltage system wiring harness * electrical system management * construction and assembly of the vehicle
